New Sound Healing Techniques
Today there is a growing interest in sound healing techniques. Yet the knowledge is really ancient. If you research many of the third-world countries, and even Native American cultures, you will find that they used sound in their healing, hunting, and celebratory ceremonies. They would sing, chant, and tone, often while dancing and playing instruments. The use of healing sounds is as old as time itself.
There are probably hundreds, if not thousands, of new methodologies for creating music that relaxes us, reduces stress, and heals us. There are all kinds of beautiful meditational music compositions including classical orchestra sounds, quiet guitars, flutes, pianos, drums, digeridoos, etc.; nature sounds including birds, wolves, dolphins, waterfalls, rain, waves, wind; and other things like wind chimes, clicking or tapping noises, tuning forks, chanting, and more. There are special musical blends designed to assist our bodies in relaxing before surgery, staying relaxed during surgery, and healing after surgery. Our technology has advanced to the point where they now create music specifically designed to help reprogram our brainwaves, balance our chakras, and more. All you have to do is LISTEN, RELAX, and ALLOW!
Keep watching: Sound is going to be the most popular healing modality in the not too distant future!
